Think Victorian traffic jams aren't as bad as modern day ones? Here's one hazard we're fortunate enough to have evaded with the progress of technology:
I LOVE horrible histories, I could watch it for ages (in fact, I do^^)! The Vile Victorians are my favourite along with the Rotten Romans and, of course, Charles II.
@ The Countess- I love them too- certainly makes posting fun and weird stuff about the Victorians on my blog so easy. Never seen Charles II clips- will have to look them up!
